Most instances have 1 hour completion limit. Cooldown is set to reset every day at 4am, some exception with longer cooldowns. You can't teleport or use dead branch inside instances. You can make a quick relog and come back inside, not longer than 5 minutes. There are 2 types of instances, Solo or Party. Solo instances can only be done by 1 man in the party.
