A013 - Caput A013 - Dolor A013 - Bellare
- The party arrives at (335,34) and the operation starts as soon as the leader steps on the tile.
- Sectors 1 and 2 spawn together, 9 mutants around (263,66)-(334,97) and 7 more around (252,64)-(263,83), all named CP1 and CP2.
- Every 10 seconds the map reports the remaining mutant count, and the next sector only spawns when the count reaches zero.
- The radio briefing sets the rules: engage on sight, there are no civilians in the search area, and Charlie and Delta engage without reporting.

A013 - Caput A013 - Dolor A013 - Bellare
- Sector 3 spawns 14 mutants around (200,71)-(211,93), named CP3.
- The radio warns that an A013 mutant is independent from its base and stronger than an ordinary one, so avoid a fight you did not choose.
- All three species take only 10% of the damage they receive, so their listed HP is effectively ten times bigger.
| 4
A013 - Dolor
- Sector 4 spawns 15 mutants around (204,118)-(225,137), named CP4.
- The warning changes to the CP grade itself: CP4 and higher are the same type as CP1 but their destructive power grows with the grade.
- Do not let them close in from several sides at once, Bellare in particular attacks from range and lays Blast Mines.
| 5
A013 - Bellare
- Sector 5 spawns 14 mutants around (237,153)-(263,161), named CP5.
- The radio notes that this sector is a confidential documents storage room, but the advanced team already searched it and found nothing, so the order is to focus on the battle.
| 6
A013 - Caput A013 - Dolor A013 - Bellare
- Sector 6 is the largest wave, 22 mutants around (197,170)-(229,191), named CP6.
- The radio reports that Bravo is engaged with CP6 mutants and warns every team not to get surrounded.
- Clear it and CP7 is called in.

Miguel
- CP7 Miguel spawns at (205,188) with 100,000,000 HP and the same 10% damage taken modifier.
- It uses Ignition Break, Demonstration, Wind Attack, Critical Slash and Endure.
- The Operation Officer calls it an S-Class mutant, and it is the only kill that counts for the Hunting Quest.

Manhole
- Once Miguel drops to 70% HP it starts leaving Manholes around itself, four of them at 7 cells north, south, east and west.
- Below 30% HP it adds four more on the diagonals at 5 cells, for eight in total.
- The Manholes follow the boss, every move wipes the old set and places a new one around its current cell, so they are never worth killing.
- Each one has 1,000 HP and ignores melee, ranged, magic and misc damage, which means every hit deals exactly 1 damage.

Operation Officer
- Killing Miguel clears every Manhole, stops the timer and enables the Operation Officer at (187,195).
