Damage additionally increases according to the caster's Base Level and POW. Requires a Dagger. ATK 200% ATK 400% ATK 600% ATK 800% ATK 1000%	ATK% = -100 + 200 x Skill Level. ATK% = + 5 x POW. ATK% = + Base Level / 100. Hits target every 300 ms. Duration: 120000 ms.
