Step	Description
1	Party leader needs 1 Hall of Life Key to open up this instance.
2	Talk to Rigel inside, choose to start battle.
3	Defeat Rigel.
4	Talk to Oscar to exit. 1st time talking to Oscar gives you extra reward.
