Rules of Conduct

• Your account may be suspended or terminated if someone else uses it to violate these terms.

• Sharing any details about this mod is at your own discretion and risk.

3. Use at Your Own Risk

• Any reliance on content or materials accessed through our services is solely your responsibility.

4. No Liability for Mod Usage

• Midgard Tales is a fan-made mod, and the team is not liable for how you use, share, or install it.

5. Third-Party Software

• You are responsible for any third-party software that interferes with the mod's functionality.

6. Legal Compliance

• Do not violate any laws, rules, or regulations while using our services.

7. Respect Discord & In-Game Rules

• Follow both Discord's Terms of Service and Midgard Tales in-game rules.

8. No Harassment or Hate Speech

• Harassment, bullying, hate speech (racism, sexism, homophobia, etc.), or unwanted behavior is strictly prohibited.

9. Maintain a Peaceful Environment

• Do not disrupt the fair and respectful gaming environment.

10. No Illegal Content

• Do not upload, post, or distribute illegal or unauthorized content.

11. No Impersonation

• Do not impersonate Midgard Tales staff or other players.

12. No Real Money Transactions (RMT)

• Selling/buying in-game items, accounts, or currency for real money is forbidden and results in a permanent ban.

13. No Phishing or Scamming

• Do not attempt to steal passwords, accounts, or private information.

14. No Cheating or Exploits

• Using hacks, macros, bugs, or unauthorized software for an unfair advantage is prohibited.

15. Respect Privacy

• Do not use player information for purposes unrelated to the community.

16. No False Reports

• Misusing in-game or Discord support with false reports is not allowed.

17. Comply with Local Laws

• Midgard Tales is not responsible for ensuring compliance with your country's laws.

18. Service Availability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the mod or its content.

19. Updates & Changes

• The mod may be updated, modified, or reset without prior notice.

20. Account Actions

• Midgard Tales may take actions (e.g., suspensions, data deletion) to protect the community.

21. No Fraudulent Payments

• Do not use unauthorized payment methods or refund exploits.

22. No Unauthorized Modifications

• Do not alter any part of the mod without explicit permission.

23. No Cheating or Collusion

• Avoid boosting, match manipulation, or other anti-competitive behavior.

24. Donations at Your Own Risk

• Donations are non-refundable. Contribute only what you can afford.

25. No Rule Promotion

• Do not encourage or participate in prohibited activities.

Additional Discord-Specific Rules

1. Respect Everyone – No hateful behavior (racism, sexism, etc.). 2. Moderation Decisions – Address concerns privately with staff, not publicly. 3. No Advertisements – Do not promote games, streams, or suspicious links without permission. 4. No Spamming – Avoid flooding non-off-topic channels. 5. No Automated Content – Macros, copy-paste spam, or excessive memes are not allowed. 6. Staff Authority – Moderators may delete posts or ban users to maintain order. 7. No NSFW Content – Keep all content appropriate. 8. Follow Discord’s ToS – Adhere to Discord's Terms of Service. 9. Have Fun! – Enjoy the community respectfully.

In-Game Rules

1. No RMT – Even joking about real-money trades can lead to a ban. 2. Lending/Sharing at Your Risk – The team is not responsible for lost items or shared accounts. 3. No Rule-Breaking Assistance – Helping others break rules will result in penalties. 4. Respect Staff Decisions – Do not dispute punishments publicly. 5. No AFK/Macro Farming – Automated gameplay is prohibited. 6. No GM Doxing – Do not attempt to reveal staff identities. 7. Keep Unreleased Content Confidential – Do not leak upcoming updates. 8. No Exploits – Report bugs immediately; exploiting them is ban-able. 9. Zero Tolerance for Hacking/Scamming – Immediate bans apply.

Penalties

Violations may result in:

• Jail
• Bans
• Zeny/Item Penalties
• Other disciplinary actions
